We want all our customers to be satisfied with their shopping experience with us. Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchange purchased items unless defective. We value our customers’ health and safety and are also firm on giving them nothing but high-quality products. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. All sales are considered final.
Before purchasing our products, we recommend our customers to read all of the product information provided. However, we do accept returns of defective merchandise. Defective merchandise must be reported to our customer service department (by using the “Contact Us” button at the top of the page) within 72 hours upon receipt. In the case of a motorized product, we recommend you confirm that the product works by turning it on when you receive it so that you can report defective merchandise immediately. We also ask that you keep your packing list. Once contacted, the customer service department will advise you on how to proceed with your return. If we have additional stock of the exact product you purchased, we will send you a replacement. If we do not have additional stock of the item you ordered, we will issue you a refund.
If you are asked to send the defective item back, the defective item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. For sanitary reasons, if the product appears used in any way, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
Items that qualify for a return will be shipped back to the address provided. Returns are only accepted in this manner.
